Lack of resources hinders Brazilian nanotechnology research
Abstract:
The Brazilian nanoscience sector has been faced difficulties and argues that undefined government policy and the lack of investment from the private companies are hindering its development. The government created four nanoscience and nanotechnology divisions in 2001, through the Ministry of Science and Technology and the technology development institution CNPq (Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Tecnologico).
