Lattice Semiconductor to invest in Fujitsu plant
Abstract:
Lattice Semiconductor Corp of the United States said Tuesday it will invest in Fujitsu Ltd's new semiconductor plant to be built in central Japan. The amount to be invested in the state-of-the-art nanotechnology plant in Tado, Mie Prefecture, is still to be decided but is expected to be somewhere between $100 million and $200 million, Lattice Semiconductor said.
