Alcohol boosts the working day
Abstract:
Clunky batteries and frequent recharging could become a distant memory with the arrival of the fuel- cell powered notebook. Power - or more correctly, the lack of it - has prevented notebooks from fulfilling their potential. NEC has gone one step further with the announcement of a 40-hour notebook by 2005. Initial designs use special carbon nanotubes, called nano-horns, as electrodes surrounding a polymer electrolyte.
