University of Mass-Lowell Plans $23M Nanotech Research Center
Abstract:
UMass Lowell will invest $23 million in a new center for research into nanotechnology manufacturing at the Lawrence Mills development. "Nanotechnology -- many people are calling it the next enabling technology," said Sen. Steven Panagiotakos, the re-use committee chairman. "It is that technology that is going to create jobs."
