Harris & Harris Group invests in Neophotonics
Abstract:
Harris & Harris Group, Inc. announced today that it has invested $2 million in privately held NeoPhotonics Corporation (www.neophotonics.com), as part of a venture financing of more than $40 million led by Oak Investment Partners and Institutional Venture Partners (IVP). The other largest investors in the round include Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ), ATA Ventures, Rockport Capital Partners, Ventana Global Capital, Linkmore Limited and Alps Information Technology Fund.
