Nanotubes gel together for alignment
Abstract:
Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania, US, have made gels containing large regions of aligned single-walled carbon nanotubes. These nematic nanotube gels could have applications as precursors for forming nanotube composites or as sensors in fluids. (more on earlier article)
