Leading the nano charge
Abstract:
The head of the intellectual-property section at the Dallas law firm Winstead Sechrest & Minick P.C. has been elected president of the Texas Nanotechnology Initiative, a statewide group pushing the development and commercialization of the art and science of building things atom by atom. Kelly Kordzik, chairman of Winstead's newly-established nanotech practice, replaces David Rex, who had held the post since January 2002. Rex will remain on the board of the initiative, which was launched around 2000.
