Ferguson Engineering Centre opened by Lord Sainsbury
Abstract:
A new multi-million pound engineering village was officially opened today at the University of Ulster in Jordanstown. The ceremony was carried out by Lord Sainsbury, the Science and Innovation Minister, who was on a one-day visit to Northern Ireland. The centrepiece of the Harry Ferguson Engineering Village is an £11m nanotechnology centre which is a joint venture between Queen's University and UUJ.
