Coming - Mercs that are tough to scratch
Abstract:
Manufacturer DaimlerChrysler has come up with a new type of paintwork that is manipulated at the molecular level to be at least three times as scratch-resistant as normal paint. It is believed to be the first automotive application of nanotechnology - a manufacturing science that is based on the smallest building blocks: atoms and molecules.
