Experts work to advance nanotech
Abstract:
At stake is the potential to create faster computers, super-strong lightweight materials, and medical devices that monitor or regulate the body from within. "Many people feel that nanotechnology is the next wave of the industrial revolution," said Cliff Lau, senior science adviser at the U.S. Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for laboratories and basic sciences.
