On The Record: Nanotechnology

Abstract:
Q: Let's say you're talking to somebody who doesn't know anything about nanotechnology and you're trying to explain it. Jurvetson: I might start with, why should you care? I would say that nanotech's worth paying attention to no matter what your background because if you look far enough into the future, it'll impact just about any industry you can think of. It depends on whether you're talking 50 years or 100 years from now. And the question is: When will it affect your industry? So it's worth thinking about.
