Nanotechnology center to open at NCSU
Abstract:
North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on Tuesday will open a new nanotechnology center. The Triangle National Lithography Center is a research facility designed for use in nanofabrication - the design and manufacture of computer chips and other devices so small they're measured in nanometers.
