Tech economy on the rebound, nano revolution coming
Abstract:
Phillip Bond, Under Secretary of Commerce for Technology at the U.S. Dept of Commerce, supervises policy development and direction among the Office of Technology Policy, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the National Technical Information Service. He also serves on the President’s National Science and Technology Council, a Cabinet-level council that coordinates science, space, and technology policy within the Federal research and development enterprise.
