How safe is nanotechnology? Japan needs to find out soon
Abstract:
Although nanotechnology is said to have the potential to drastically alter 21st-century society, there must be a thorough assessment of the risks nanomaterials could pose to human health and the ecosystem. In October, expectations surged in the academic world that the Nobel Prize in Chemistry might be awarded to a Japanese researcher for the fourth consecutive year.
