Nanoparticles - what's now, what's next?
Abstract:
The term "nanoparticle" refers to a crystallite or primary particle measuring less than 100 nm in size. This article will focus primarily on inorganic nanoparticles that are produced in the form of dry powders or liquid dispersions and, in many cases, further processed into higher value-added products, such as slurries, films or devices, for use in commercial applications. It will focus on select nanoparticle applications that can be classified as "hot," "warm," or "emerging."
