Australia joins global nanotechnology research
Abstract:
Intelligent Manufacturing Systems (IMS) has called for Australian companies, institutions and individuals to collaborate with their counterparts across the world in developing manufacturing processes in the field of nanotechnology. IMS Australia has proposed to establish a nanotechnology manufacturing Community of Common Interest (CCI), called “nABLE”. The CCI aims to foster the development of manufacturing technologies for new nanotechnology-based input materials and end-products, and the metrology needs for those technologies.
