Hybrid Plastics gets $750,000 NIH Grant
Abstract:
Hybrid Plastics Inc. received a $750,000 grant from the National Institutes of Health to develop nanocomposite-based dental materials. The Phase II Small Business Innovation Award allows the company to develop a prototype adhesive and restorative system for bonding, shrinkage control and corrosion resistance. The materials will be based on Hybrid's POSS Nanostructured building blocks.
