CombiMatrix's Partner Receives Notice of Allowance from Patent Office
Abstract:
Acacia Research Corporation announced today that CombiMatrix's strategic partner, Nanomaterials Discovery Corporation (NDC), has received a notice of allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for NDC's patent application "Electrode Array for Development and Testing of Materials." CombiMatrix and NDC have established a partnership to discover and develop new nanomaterials and nanotechnology tools. The 28 allowed claims relate to using an array of electrodes to discover new nanostructured materials for a wide range of applications including fuel cells, batteries, and displays.
