Japanese firms' focus to move to nanotechnology from chips
Abstract:
Japanese manufacturers should put the focus of their technology strategy on nanotechnology instead of semiconductors and liquid crystals, according to a survey covering 102 chief technology officers (CTOs) compiled last week by The Nikkei Business Daily.
