Wake Forest University becomes nanotechnology force
Abstract:
Wake Forest and the Winston-Salem area added another notch in their respective technology development belts as they have successfully lured nanotechnology experts from Clemson University to the area. With a one million dollar investment, Wake recruited Professor David Carroll and 14 of his fellow scientists from Clemson's Laboratory for Nanotechnology back in August. With those resources in place, Wake will officially unveil its Center for Nanotechnology later this month.
