UTA to share in $10 million tech grant

Abstract:
The University of Texas at Arlington, UT-Dallas and two other Texas universities have secured $10 million in federal funds to boost their nanotechnology programs. The money will also benefit nanotechnology programs at the University of Texas at Austin and Rice University in Houston. UT-Dallas and UT-Arlington officials said they'll each receive just under $2 million and will use the money to buy equipment for nanotech research.
