Group Successfully Controls Electric Conductivity of Carbon Nanotube
Abstract:
A joint research group, comprised of Tohoku University Professor Iwasa's research group, Sony Corp. (TSE: 6758), Tokyo Metropolitan University researcher Kataura's group, and Japan Science and Technology Corporation, has succeeded in controlling the electric conductivity of a carbon nanotube by inserting various types of organic molecules inside the nanotube.
