Scholars meet to map nanotechnology's future
Abstract:
More than 200 scholars from four Texas universities are meeting this week in Austin to consider how to boost the state as a nanotechnology center. "What we are doing is real. We are making new materials and discovering new science every day," said Wade Adams, director of Rice's Center for Nanoscale Science and Technology. "That's not science fiction. That's science fact."
