AIST and Mitsui mass-produce new nanotechnology material
Abstract:
The National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology and Mitsui & Co. have nearly completed the development of technology to mass-produce porous silicon material, a new nanotechnology material that has a wide range of industrial applications. (see "Life Sciences" section)
