Local projects gain $4M in state money
Abstract:
Ohio Gov. Bob Taft awarded three grants totaling $4 million for area research and development projects during a visit Thursday to the University of Dayton. The University of Dayton Research Institute received $1.2 million for a nanotechnology project, which has the potential to create 40 to 70 jobs and leverage an additional $1.4 million in federal and private funding.
