Abstract:
Two items crossed my computer screen this week that suggest we're headed pell-mell into a future world of nanobug sensors, dynamically changing book pages, and truly ubiquitous advertising. Such a world was described brilliantly by Neal Stephenson in his 1995 novel The Diamond Age.
