Novel carbon nanostructures bond together
Abstract:
Scientists from Meijo University and Nagoya University in Japan claim to have grown a new type of one-dimensional (1D) carbon structure. The carbon nanowires could have applications in nanoelectronics, nanomechanics and nanomaterials.
