Nanotech bill picks up some passengers, moves on to full house
Abstract:
A nanotechnology bill that lawmakers have been fussing with for more than a year was approved Thursday by the House Science Committee, but not before politicians festooned the bill with new initiatives, including one to study the implications of developing "nonhuman intelligence."
