Scientists 'cast' single-crystal nanotubes
Abstract:
Researchers from the University of California, Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the US have developed an "epitaxial casting" technique to grow single-crystal nanotubes of gallium nitride (GaN).
