Random nanotubes team up for transistors

Abstract:
Random networks of single-wall carbon nanotubes may offer the most immediate opportunity for the structures to make their mark in electronics. That's the view of scientists at the Naval Research Laboratory, US, who say that the technique removes the need for the tubes to be precision-assembled.
