Indiana chemist wins national award for semiconductor research

Abstract:
Jillian M. Buriak of West Lafayette, Ind., will be honored March 25 by the world's largest scientific society for developing ways to attach molecular signals directly to silicon chips, with an eye toward ever smaller electronic devices and perhaps even biological implants.
