RPI official with Sematech ties gets $1M from N.Y.
Abstract:
The director of the Center for Integrated Electronics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute has been awarded $1 million from the state. With the money, Nalamasu will develop a number of nanotechnology related programs.
