Abstract:
Even as silicon-based technologies mature and make great leaps in terms of performance, manufacturing and design, their nano-based counterparts are still sidling along in the sandboxes of the laboratories. Nanotechnology promises a cheaper and smaller platform for computing and a whole host of other applications, but has it delivered?
